Appointments
Appointments are held for you and are costed before they begin. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel, so the slot can be offered to someone else.
Treatment plans
Plans are agreed in writing before work starts. If clinical findings change what is needed, we stop, re-cost, and ask you again before continuing.
Payment
Payment is due at the end of each appointment unless a staged plan has been agreed in advance.
Complaints
Tell us. We would rather hear it directly and put it right than have you leave unhappy.
