What we collect
Your name, contact details, and the clinical records created during your care. Nothing else, and nothing that is not needed to treat you or to contact you about your treatment.
How we use it
To provide dental care, to contact you about appointments, and to meet our legal record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Clinical records are retained for the period required by law. Contact details are removed on request unless a retention obligation applies.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your records, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete data we are not required to keep. Write to the practice and we will respond within one month.
